Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team and support key financial processes within a dynamic industrial environment.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing business performance, supporting planning activities, and driving cost optimization initiatives across the organization of Grosotto&Sondalo Plant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support controlling activities and analyzing company performance
• Define and update standard costs, identifying and explaining variances
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of industrial budgets and forecasts
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Procurement teams to identify cost optimization opportunities

Qualifications:

• Degree in Economics or related field
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing companies or accounting firms
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Flexibility to adapt to peak workload periods
