Senior Manager Procurement MRO and Technical Services

Your Role at Vantive:

The Senior Manager, Procurement MRO is a key leader within the Global Procurement organization and reports directly to the Associate Director, Procurement CAPEX, MRO & R&D.
This role is accountable for driving global MRO Suppliers and cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives across EMEA, APAC and the Americas, defining and ensuring alignment with enterprise procurement strategies and operational excellence standards.

The position combines strategic category leadership, program/project management, and people leadership, with strong interaction across Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, and other key business stakeholders.

It requires a strong command of global MRO environments, the ability to drive cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives, and the capability to execute complex programs at scale.

This position combine solid strategic procurement expertise with hands‑on leadership, while lead and develop a globally distributed team while delivering measurable business impact.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead global MRO procurement initiatives, driving cost optimization and margin improvement across EMEA, LATAM, and the Americas, in alignment with enterprise procurement objectives
  • Define and set a clear global strategy for MRO spend, including category prioritization, sourcing approaches, supplier segmentation, and long‑term cost‑reduction levers
  • Lead and develop a global team of four procurement resources, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure consistent execution and results worldwide
  • Support developing  state‑of‑the‑art digital and analytical technologies (e‑sourcing platforms, spend analytics, automation tools, and supplier performance systems) to increase visibility, standardization, and effectiveness in managing the MRO category globally
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage global procurement projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
  • Support Technical Service Business consisting in helping Vantive’s business of providing water-treatment solutions to hospitals by managing its related supply base and spend
  • Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and other stakeholders to support the execution of MRO initiatives
  • Monitor and report on procurement performance, including cost‑savings pipeline, realized benefits, and key project KPIs
  • Act as escalation point for critical project, supplier, or execution issues, removing roadblocks that require senior procurement leadership support
  • Develop and standardize global processes, tools, and ways of working to ensure consistent, high‑quality execution across regions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders, supporting global alignment and effective collaboration
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, critical thinking, and accountability within the global MRO team
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and ethical requirements across all regions

What you’ll bring?

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
  • An experienced procurement professional with a strong background in MRO categories and global sourcing
  • A strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability, able to translate global MRO strategy into tangible results
  • A global leader, comfortable leading and developing a geographically distributed team and driving consistent performance across regions
  • Proven in cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on sustainability of results
  • Strong in procurement fundamentals, including negotiation, supplier management, and value‑based sourcing
  • Skilled in project and program management, capable of leading multiple global initiatives in parallel
  • Data‑driven and analytical, able to identify opportunities, track performance, and measure impact through KPIs
  • Comfortable leveraging state‑of‑the‑art digital and analytical technologies to manage MRO spend effectively at global scale
  • An effective communicator and influencer, able to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders worldwide
  • A people leader and coach, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and a results‑oriented mindset
  • Recognized for personal accountability, integrity, and commitment to quality and compliance
  • Fluent in English and able to operate confidently in an international business environment
