About the role with us at Vantive
We are seeking a strategic and driven leader in downstream commercial operations to join our EMEA Commercial Operations team.
In this highly visible role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle management of medical equipment across the region. You will ensure assets are utilised efficiently, timely, and optimally through robust governance frameworks, clear policies and procedures, well‑structured contractual agreements, and effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Your focus will be on driving maximum value and return on investment for Vantive, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and full compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do
Lead Asset Lifecycle Excellence
Own the full lifecycle of medical equipment—from acquisition and deployment to maintenance and retirement
Ensure all equipment is accurately tracked, compliant, and ready for use
Partner with technical teams to maintain high standards of performance and reliability
Drive Strategic Initiatives
Lead readiness for a major upcoming platform launch, ensuring systems, processes, and inventory are fit for purpose
Oversee large-scale equipment deployment and retrieval across the region
Optimize Performance & Value
Use data to improve equipment utilization, reduce downtime, and control costs
Support budgeting and capital planning through forecasting and analysis
Identify opportunities to improve cash flow and operational efficiency
Build Best-in-Class Processes
Design and implement clear, scalable processes and policies
Establish strong governance, reporting, and performance tracking
Ensure readiness for audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate & Influence
Act as a key link between regional and global teams
Partner closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Finance, and Technical teams
Build strong relationships and drive alignment across functions
What We’re Looking For
Experience
Extensive experience in supply chain, operations, or planning
Proven track record managing complex, multi-country operations
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated environments is advantageous
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and transformation programs
Skills & Leadership
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Confident communicator, able to influence at senior levels
Comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced environment
Passion for continuous improvement and innovation
Technical & Education
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Experience with ERP or planning systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities
