Our requirements

• Active student status, either pursuing a degree relevant to the above functions or freshly graduated;
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
• Good command of English language is essential.

Note: The internship is available only for candidates who can work in Warsaw- Poland, and are available for the on-site internship 4-5 days a week. This is a student internship intended for candidates with valid student status.

What can you expect

• Paid 10-12-week internship, you will be working 4-5 days per week, depending on the Team you’ll join;

What Will You Learn

During the internship, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in different functions within the company, you will work side by side with the rest of the team, take part in live projects, supporting team activities, that provide you with valuable insights into:

A2R (Account to Report)

• Learn about financial transactions and their recording, analysis and reporting, in compliance with global accounting standards;
• Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting;
• Work collaboratively with an experienced international team.

IT Department

• Acquire hands-on project management skills through practical application in multinational projects;
• Learn how to utilize project management processes in real-world settings;
• Work collaboratively with an experienced international team.

Controlling

• Support and work on data analysis, preparation of annual accruals and review of financials;
• Gain skills in coordination of administrative activities;
• Work collaboratively with an experienced international team.

Reporting

• Support preparation & reviewing standard reporting packages;
• Support Purchase Order preparation;
• Work collaboratively with an experienced international team.

Duration: 10-12 weeks;
Work Schedule: 4-5 days per week;
Location: Vantive Warsaw Office, Powiśle (a vibrant district in the centre of Warsaw)
