Responsibilities:

• Data analysis to provide business insights: Deeply understand business strategies and sales models, provide sales analysis reports for business units; fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests, offering business insights based on visualization tools.
• Sales incentive Plan (SIP) design and execution: Responsible for designing, interpreting, simulation, analyzing, and reviewing sales and commercial team incentive plans; calculating sales incentives and handling appeals on a quarterly and monthly basis.
• Target setting and performance tracking: allocate annual and monthly target to sales and commercial teams based on historical performance, potential metrics and strategic focus. Delivered weekly/monthly business performance reports for management review.
• Commercial data operation: Channel data collection, cleansing, and consolidated management through DDI/DMS, serving as the single trusted data source for Vantive

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in data area

2. Strong problem-solving and solutions skills

3. Familiar with excel is must, Power BI skill will be a plus

4. Strong business acumen, good communication and collaboration skills

5. Familiar in DDI/DMS Systems related field required.

6. Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry /Consulting company is a plus
